Now I know I've posted pictures of the spotted fawns this year - but where?
They are growing up!
2 fawns and doe October 25, 2002
One of the fawns nipped my finger yesterday. I think it surprised the fawn more than me, and there was no damage done. I guess you have to take the risks to find the enjoyment of hand feeding wildlife
I really do feel blessed with all we enjoy here at C R Farm, the C is for Cheryl, the R is for Ray, but think "see our farm". Thanks for letting me share, or is that "show off" a bit now and then.
I did discover while looking through past files here at Maggie's that we had our first snowflakes this day last year. Today is cloudy with a bit of rain, only in the mid 50's.
Deer Picnic - Dec. 1
the birds now have to compete with the deer for their food.
The deer bedded down in view of the back door - probably waiting for me to fill that birdfeeder again.
oops
I'm not doing too well here Maggie. I'll try once more, of course if you have time I know you'll fix it up and no one will know what a bad time I had posting.
the deer bedded down today - Dec. 8

Am bit too tired to try to attempting to move the picies around tonight, but will have a go next time - sides, I liked seeing the pumkin picnic twice And I will open up your very own Topic tomorrow, so you and we can find your CR Farm threads easier oxoxo Kept thinking there was one already - duh
