my bougainvilliea looks beautiful but does not bloom

There are so many variables. See if you can solve its problem from the info on

If it is a variegated, they are the most finicky and may skip a year without any blooms for no apparent reason.

My Bougainvillea 'Raspberry Ice' didn't bloom for years until I started feeding it rose food.
