I live in Aurora MO, a town in the SWest part. I am doing some landscaping and putting up some landscaping blocks, I want somthing to grow/creep all over the blocks. I want something year round and different colors are good. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you for your time.

Check your hardiness zone for these…
The first things that come to mind ,,
Dianthus – the Cheddar Pinks variety is a nice low silvery foliage creeper.
Phlox subulata would provide a green contrast to it.
Both have seasonal blooms.

Asian jasmine and English ivy are favorite greencovers down here, but both take over anything else in their path; therefore are only good for a monoculture, unless you want to groom them into place alongside more interesting things.

For simple evergreenery, creeping junipers are tough workhorses. You could contrast a golden variety with a solid green one. Perhaps some colorful dwarf shrubs could be used with creeping junipers to add variety in height, texture and color.
