English
Hedge Hogs

Here are some wonderful shots of proper hoggies of the hedgerows. English hedgehogs are somewhat smaller and have a furrier face than our African pygmies. Knowing the 'thing' I have for hoglets, Terry in Yorkshire England has sent us these precious pics of the two orphaned boys that he and wife Christine rescued late last year. The babies were too young and weak to have made it through the winter alone, and have been carefully tended with cat food and shelter.

Terry has made a beautiful web site from his Yorkie garden, sharing wildlife adventures and monthly gardening happenings. If you enjoy our Come Stroll pages, be sure to bookmark Terry's site for his updated garden articles, too. His well-penned info is illustrated with beautiful digi shots and tingled with wry subtle humor that the Brits master so well  ;-)
